TERMS OF SERVICE AND ORDER PROCESSING

• I have right to refuse your order without giving reasons at the first stage (before payment).
• I will work with you only if you have a reference or pre-existing art with your character or clear photo (in case of IRL ppl). Text descriptions are also accepted, but should give a relatively clear idea of the character’s appearance.
• Payments - 50% before work and 50% after it will be finished. I will not begin work on your order without payment. The deadline will only be counted from the moment I receive first payment. 100% prepaid also available.
• Until I start you are free to change order details. If this increases the total cost of the order, you will have to pay the difference. However, I will not be able to refund your payment in any way, please keep that in mind.
• I provide you a sketch before lineart, so you can request changes if necessary. If there are no corrections needed, I proceed to draw.
• Completing your order can take some time, from a few days up to 2 weeks. Full art takes longer. In addition, please remember I’m also a person: unforeseen circumstances can occure. If you ask - I can tell you the approximate waiting time of a commission.
• Please tell me if you want to see WIP of your order. I do not provide more WIP than the initial sketch unless you ask.
• After finishing order, I always send it to the gallery. I also send you a PNG-file with the full size or a link to.
• If you want the drawing to be individual and not presented to public is +100% of the final price, because every new drawing potentially increases my client base.
